LICF Honored by United Way and LI ACORN

The Long Island Community Foundation was honored by United Way of Long Island as the 2002-03 People's Hope Award winner. As a United Way Community Partner, the LICF is proud to work with other regional funders to improve the lives of the residents of Long Island.

The LICF was also honored as a "community champion" by Long Island ACORN in recognition of its outstanding commitment to social justice in the community.
