POST GRANT REPORTING

 

Post grant reporting consist of two steps. First, is the interim report which is to be completed at the half-way point of the grant period. Second, is the final report which is to be completed at the end of the grant period as stated in your award letter.

 

Interim Reporting:

In preparing your interim report, please respond to each of the questions listed the report guidelines. All reports must be accompanied by the attached Cover Sheet. Be sure to include a financial accounting of the grant funds expended (budget). Interim narrative reports should not exceed three pages of text. You may attach supplementary materials if pertinent to this specific project.
