LICF funds are invested in an investment pool, a diversified pool managed by financial experts selected for their expertise in an asset class, and in mutual funds, under the guidance of The New York Community Trust's Finance and Investment Committees and staff. Fee Schedule

LICF funds are assessed annually at a rate far lower than commercial gift funds. For donor advised and designated funds, a fee of 2.5% of grants paid or 30 basis points (0.3%) of the assets is assessed, whichever is greater. A fee of 1% is assessed on individual grants of $500,000 or more. The minimum charge is $100.
